Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday through Friday are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (excluding high volume periods and holidays).

Orders placed after 1PM ET on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on major holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEES

Domestic (United States)

Standard Shipping: free on all domestic orders. Ships with USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. To hear when we ship to your country, join our international list.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household and local carrier. If your package is confirmed lost or items are missing from your order, please contact us at support@lorime.store with your order number and any applicable photos within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the order or refund you.
