Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping in the US is free and takes 2 to 5 business days by USPS Ground Advantage. Your tracking link arrives by email when the order ships.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by Tuesday, December 15 for delivery by December 24 with free standard shipping.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking link arrives by email when the order ships. You can also see every order in your account, signing in with the email you ordered with.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes, until the order ships. Write to support@lorime.store as soon as you can, or cancel from your account. Once an order has shipped it cannot be redirected or cancelled, but it can be returned.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship within the United States for now. Join the list and we’ll write the day we ship to you.
Returns
How do I return something?
Within 30 days of delivery, start it in our Returns Portal or use the Start a return link in your shipping email. Once it is approved, we email you a prepaid label.
Does a return cost anything?
Exchanges are always free, and so is any return of a faulty, damaged or incorrect piece. For a change-of-mind refund, the cost of the return label is shown in the Returns Portal and deducted from your refund. See Returns.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 business days of your return arriving and being checked. Your bank may take another 5 to 7 business days to show it.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. Orders placed between November 20 and December 24 can be returned until January 20. Email us the buyer’s name and the rough order date, and we arrange it without involving them. Gift returns are refunded as store credit.
Payment
How can I pay?
Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your address.
